Data deletion

Disconnect one social account

Open Social accounts and choose Disconnect on the account. MCP SMM revokes its access at YouTube or TikTok and immediately deletes the stored tokens, the account’s cached profile and its cached comments and messages. Your videos and posts on the platform are not touched.

You can also revoke access from the platform side: on Google’s third-party access page for YouTube, or in TikTok’s settings for apps connected to your account. MCP SMM then marks the account as needing reconnection, and you can remove it from Social accounts.

Revoke AI apps and API keys

Under AI connections, revoke any connected AI app or API key. Access stops at the next request.

Delete your account and all data

Open Settings → Delete account and all data and type your email to confirm. MCP SMM then:

  • revokes its access to every connected YouTube and TikTok account and deletes the tokens;
  • removes all AI app authorizations and API keys;
  • deletes uploaded and imported media files;
  • deletes your activity log, cached comments and messages, saved prompts, tool settings and usage counters;
  • deletes your account: email, name, password hash and sessions, and signs you out.

When it’s gone

Deletion happens immediately. Encrypted backups that may still contain your data are overwritten on a rolling basis within 7 days, and we don’t restore deleted accounts from them.

Deleting MCP SMM data doesn’t delete anything on YouTube, TikTok or in your AI app. Conversations you had in Claude, ChatGPT or another AI app are kept by that app under its own policy.

Can’t sign in?

First try resetting your password from the sign-in page. If that doesn’t work, email privacy@mcpsmm.com from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We confirm the request comes from you and delete your data within 30 days, usually much sooner.
