Terms of service
These terms apply when you use MCP SMM: the website, the dashboard and the MCP server that connects your social accounts to AI apps. By creating an account, you agree to them.
1. The service is in beta
MCP SMM is free during its beta. Features, tools and limits may change while we build it. Paid plans will be announced before the beta ends, with time to decide; nothing is charged automatically and no card is required.
2. Your account
Give accurate information and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens through your account, including actions taken by AI apps you allowed and by anyone using an API key you created. If you think someone else has access, change your password and revoke apps and keys under AI connections.
3. Acceptable use
- Connect only accounts you own or are authorized to manage.
- Follow the rules of the platforms you connect, including the YouTube Terms of Service, TikTok’s terms and community guidelines, and the terms of your AI provider.
- Don’t send spam, unsolicited bulk comments or messages, or fake engagement, and don’t use automation in ways the platforms forbid.
- Don’t publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive or harmful content.
- Don’t try to break or probe MCP SMM’s security, get around limits, overload the service or access other users’ data.
- Don’t resell or share access to MCP SMM without our written permission.
4. Your content and your AI’s actions
You keep all rights to your content. You allow us to process it only as needed to run MCP SMM for you. Your AI acts on your accounts when it calls a tool, so you are responsible for the actions you request and confirm, including posts, edits, replies and deletions. Review what your AI proposes, especially write and destructive actions.
5. Other platforms and AI apps
MCP SMM depends on YouTube, TikTok and the AI app you use. We don’t control them: they can change their APIs, quotas or policies, limit features or suspend accounts, and that may affect MCP SMM. Their own terms apply to your use of them. MCP SMM is not affiliated with YouTube, TikTok, Anthropic, OpenAI or xAI.
6. Limits
Plan limits, such as the number of connected accounts and daily tool calls, apply and are shown under Settings. Shared platform quotas, like YouTube’s daily API quota, can also stop some actions until they reset.
7. Ending your use
You can stop using MCP SMM and delete your account and data at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts other users or the connected platforms at risk, or is required to be closed by law. Where reasonable, we tell you first and explain why.
8. No warranty
MCP SMM is provided “as is” during the beta. We work to keep it reliable and accurate, but we can’t promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, that platform data will be complete, or that AI apps will use the tools as you expect. Answers from your AI are produced by your AI provider, not by us.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, revenue or data, or actions taken by platforms against your accounts. Our total liability for any claim related to MCP SMM is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as MCP SMM develops. We change the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell you by email before they take effect. If you keep using MCP SMM after that, the new terms apply.
